Apricot Jack Daniels Glaze ~ A wonderful glaze that provides a sweet element to a hearty dish. 1 Jar Apricots Preserves 1/3 Yellow Onion 1 tsp Creole Mustard 1 tsp Hoisin Sauce 2/3 oz Jack Daniels 1. Mix onion and preserves cook in pot over medium heat. 2. Heat until preserves simmer 3. Slowly add Creole Mustard, Hoisin Sauce, and Jack Daniels. 4. Stir until all ingredients are melded and Plate with a robust cut of pork chop. Serving Size: 12 People |
